ONLINE TEE TIMES &
NEW TEE TIME BOOKING SCHEDULE
We have made changes to the tee time booking schedule - as recommended by the Membership Committee - and recently approved by the Board of Directors. We will apply these new guidelines as soon as we launch our Online Tee Times.
 
We will be taking tee times online and on the phone starting at 7:00 a.m. Friday, August 14, 2020. Every day after, tee times will be booked starting at 7:00 a.m. either online or by phone daily.
 
This means that Regular members will be booking for Saturday, August 22, 2020 and the other member categories follow the schedule posted below:
 
TEE TIMES (B/A:0720) - Access to Tee Times booking windows are available by membership categories.
  • Regular Members and Emeritus Members can reserve a tee time eight (8) days in advance of the same booking date.
  • Associate Members and National members can reserve a tee time seven (7) days in advance of the same booking date.
  • Social Members can reserve a tee time five (5) days in advance of the same booking date.
  • Only Regular Members can book Saturday and holiday tee times prior to 11:00 a.m.
  • There is a maximum of booking 2 tee times during a tee time transaction.
  • The Head Golf Professional can book groups / multiple times at his discretion.
  • Beginning Tuesday, August 25th, we will be using a modified “Ladies' Day”. Between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., play will be for ladies only.
  • Beginning Wednesday, August 26th, we will be using a modified “Men’s Day”. Between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., play will be for gentlemen only.
  • Please adhere to the modified days when booking a tee time.
